Baker of the day

When I went back home last weekend, I learnt to make a ice cream vanilla cake from my sister-in-law.
(click here for her FB and she got a lot of cake recipe posted on her timeline)
This is my favorite cake ever. 
After i try to make it myself, i just realized it is so easy to make it.

Ingredients:
1. Cheese 500gm
2. Butter 125gm
3. Condense milk 100gm
4. Whipping cream milk 200gm
5. Ice cream powder 200gm
6. Gelatine 1 tea spoon
7. Salt cheese biscuit 2-3 pkts


First, I need to stir cheese and butter together until it smooth then add in whipping cream,ice cream powder then follow by gelatine. Conclusion, I just need to add in all the ingredients together and just stir it. =D Besides that, arrange salt cheese biscuit like photo below.

Then, step by step, biscuit ingredients biscuit ingredient biscuit ingredient.
Keep repeating the same step until the ingredients finish pour onto the biscuits.





















After done all these thing, keep your cake into refrigerator for one night and take out for consume on the next day.


Taadaa. and this is my work although not that pretty.

By the way, I plan to bring it to KL on the next day, but I forgotten it inside my freezer.
Oh gosh.
Anyway, it's taste really nice and good.
I'm just loving it.

Home SWEET Home

Yeah, I went back to my hometown on last weekend.
3 days 2 nights like I going for vacation.
This was my first time went back home after this year Chinese New Year.
It had been so long time ago.
This time went back, I worried if the kids couldn't recognize me.
But thanks God, they can very fast get close to me.
I knew, this is because i got a very sweet face~wuahahahaha~

I got 4 nephew and 2 niece.
Don't get frightened, all nephew and niece are not come from same manufacture.
I got 4 brothers and these kids are only children of 2 of my brothers.
So, if another 2 of my brothers getting marry, I will have more and more nephew and niece.
I gonna flood by those kids. HAHAHAHAHA~
Seriously, they getting bigger and bigger while I getting older and older.
Can't imagine when one day they want to get marry.
I will.......don't know..........Just...Time flies...

Anyhow, I still love them always. =D

Testing blogger apps

Just realised it is so hard to view blog using IPhone safari until I searched this apps. So I wanna try either this apps is nice to use or not. So I take this chance upload photo of my niece and nephew.

I'm going home this coming Saturday. Oh yeah, my first time back home after this year Chinese New Year. I am not going to feed myself like a pig, I wanna rest well and sleep well with aircond. 

Heard that Bintulu got a lot of mosquitoes, please please please don't bite me.

MoMo Paradise Steamboat Buffet

So many type of the food, I love steamboat buffet the most.

This is because I like the word buffet, mean unlimited. XD

Yesterday, we (and colleagues) went to MoMo Paradise to have our dinner and celebrate my colleague's birthday.

My first time been to Momo after i heard this place for so many times and few years ago.

This is quite special place, as it will put ingredients on the something like sushi-go-around.

So all the ingredients will pass by you and you can choose whatever you like.

But, due to 5 person of us, we cant sit beside the sushi-go-around, so we be seated on the normal table and have to walk around to take our own foods.

Each person will be served their own pot, thus, you don't need to share and you can choose whatever soup you like. Three choices for the soup, herbal, chicken and tom yam.

I ordered herbal soup, taste not real good, quite tasteless. Hmmm~

Anyhow, i add radish which is my favorite to let my soup become more tasty.

Lastly, wish our Miss Quee happy birthday la~ 

An emotional girl but naive and simple. Haha  =D

We see each other every day every second but we still non stop talking like our topic will never end.

Went to Hokkaido Ichiba for our dinner.
I am so bliss because I got you, who always bring me to eat delicious food.
You know I like to eat, and you will always bring me to eat. Feel bliss =D

We ordered one scallop ramen, one fish and one beef Japanese pizza.
We really had our very full and full dinner.
Enjoy it to the max. ^^

Have a short trip to Seremban with my colleague, 5 of us.
The only reason make us head to Seremban just only crab.
So we had crab as our lunch for the day.
Thanks God for the pretty weather on the day.

I enjoy the lunch very muchie
Again, I had a very full lunch. Just enjoyed it~
For those crab lover, you can try crab at this shop oh, must try their BBQ Seremban crab, so in love. XD

Today is Malaysia day.
Suppose to stay at home and have a home-cook but, sad case no gas. :(
At last we decided to go to IKEA to have meatball.
I always heard other people say IKEA meatball very nice and until today I just have my first try.
Okay, it is quite special as it is eat together with the fruit jam, this is really weird match but the taste is so good.

IKEA is so crowd and still so crowd.
After one hour fighting, at last we got this for ourselves.
Oh yeah, so enjoy in eating. =P
Basically all taste were nice, but, salmon taste really real bad, please don't order salmon if you never try it.
All of this costs around RM60 and this is for 4 person.




















P/S: I hope I can keep eating but wont gain any fat. Can I pray this to God?haha..I know, cannot simply request. Anyway, I give thanks to God because I am so blessed and bliss because I got so many nice foodssssss.
